Lessons were always well prepared with excellent resources

Babs was a fantastic Spanish teacher for our 6th Class students. 6th Class looked forward to her lessons as she always prioritised fun and creative teaching methods, which allowed them to explore Spanish with ease. It was lovely to see the links between other subjects such as art, music and drama too. The lessons were always well prepared with excellent resources ready to go for the children. Most of our 6th Class students will select Spanish in secondary school after the success of their block of learning this year. Thank you, Babs, for teaching our students and for putting so much work into ensuring they all reached success.

We really enjoyed the classes with Babs each week. There was a different theme each week so that the class had the opportunity to learn and practice a wide range of vocabulary in context. The class loved the games and fun activities during the lessons. They are already looking forward to next year's classes!

My son didn't go to the Spanish Club happy, he was very reluctant about learning other languages, even though I find he's good with them. After the first class he loved it so much, saying it is a lot of fun.  After the second class he asked me to sign him up for more days. This is music for my ears !

My 10 year old daughter has been attending Spanish lessons with Sofia in Lingotot for 2 years and she loves them! The lessons (both in person and virtual) are really well-planned, creative, interactive and engaging. My daughter has so much fun she doesn't even realise she's learning. I would definitely recommend learning Spanish with Sofia. Not only is she a fantastic teacher but as a Spanish native she has taught my daughter lots about Spanish culture & customs.

Spanish Summer Camp 2021

Highly recommend Lingotot South Dublin. My 5 year old son loved his week of Spanish Summer Camp. He was super excited to go everyday, loved learning a new language and particularly enjoyed all the craft. Sofia looked after him really well and was super responsive and friendly in her communication. Thank you Sofia, we will be back!

Themes are appropriate to the age groups

Sofia knows her target age group and is amazing at keeping them interested and engaged. My 5yo son has done online Spanish classes with Sofia and he is fully involved for the duration of the class, no lapse of concentration, complaining of boredom or wandering around, as happens even with videocalls with his beloved granny! She chooses themes appropriate to the group and covers relevant vocab in a fun and interactive way. And this must be considerably more difficult online than in person. Highly recommend.
