Bonjour/Hola/Hallo!

My name is Karen and I am a local mum of 3 teenage children and a trained Modern Foreign Language teacher. I loved languages from an early age and went on to study French and German at university. Whilst working with lots of European countries in the computer industry, I learnt Spanish at night classes and eventually retrained as a teacher. I have been teaching in secondary and primary schools for over 20 years. I have recently launched Lingotot Biggleswade to share my love of language learning with children and adults in the local area (Biggleswade, Sandy, Potton and surrounding villages).

At Lingotot we teach languages and build awareness of other cultures through fun - including songs, games, stories and lots of actions. I hope to offer a wide range of French, Spanish and German sessions from pre-school and family community classes to school clubs and adult conversation classes.
