Hi. My name is Lucy Cass. I am a local mum of two teenage children from Darlington and a trained Modern Foreign Language teacher. After working in a Secondary school for 17 years and having my family, I decided I wanted a job, that was more flexible and family friendly so bought Lingotot Darlington which covers Darlington, Richmond/Catterick, Barnard Castle, Northallerton and surrounding areas.

Here at Lingotot Darlington we offer Modern Foreign Language sessions to children through community classes, nursery sessions and primary schools. I am in my 11th year of trading and over the past decade have delivered many of the courses we can offer including - Babies, Little Lingotots, Nursery sessions, School sessions (PPA and after school clubs), Forest school inspired sessions and Lingostars Drama. I can really see the benefits to early language learning and love delivering our fun and interactive sessions.

We learn in a friendly and relaxed environment and sessions include songs, games/play, stories and craft activities. As well as learning another language, children also gain a great many other important skills too eg learning to listen,share/take turns. Our sessions are planned in line with the children's age and abilities and we are the only language provider to offer an accredited course to our KS2 learners.
