Yes and learning a second language while young has so many clear benefits.
Lingotot was brought over to Ireland from the UK by Dublin-based entrepreneur Sofia Colás in 2018. Sofia founded Lingotot South Dublin, and also became the master franchise partner and Director of Lingotot Ireland. After the continued interest and popularity of Sofia’s classes in the Dublin area, she made the strategic decision to expand nationwide. Lingotot Ireland has now welcomed four new franchisees across Dublin, Limerick, and Galway, each joining the network amidst a national lockdown.
We didn't make the rules, we just play by them. When it comes to learning new things, a child's brain is like a sponge. Now is the perfect time to learn, while it's fun and not a chore. Let's not associate foreign language learning with homework, exams, and conjugating verbs. Let's associate it with fun and laughter.
Never a better time. Don’t let them stumble on a language barrier years from now. Let a second language open up a world of opportunities for them. Now is good, because there has never been a better time to learn a second language, with the economy in recovery. Languages are a highly sought-after skill, and we don’t need a crystal ball to see that this will be the case for the next generation.
