We run the main after-school club at BPS until 6.00pm every day of the school year, and holiday clubs every school holiday.

General Information:

Here are some details of what we offer in our main after-school club:

• A Spanish speaking, inclusive provision for children of all ages and open to every year group until 6.00pm, every day of the school year
• An early session option, finishing at 4.45pm
• A doorbell at the exit gate, so you can pick your children up anytime before the end of their session
• A wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for the children to choose from, all carefully planned around Spanish learning
• An Early Years zone for children in Reception (Reception children will also have access to the rest of the club, but this area will be exclusively theirs!) 
• Fresh fruit provided for all children at the start of after-school club
• Time to eat a packed dinner, provided from home (this must be nut free)

Extra-curricular clubs:

In addition to our fabulous after-school club, we offer a number of extra clubs. These are all Spanish speaking clubs, with a skills focus. They are external providers and our own staff. Our extra clubs cost £2.50 per child per session in addition to your after-school club fee.

All extra clubs take place on the BPS school site unless otherwise stated.

Extra Session 1 runs from 3.45 - 4.45pm. All children are offered fresh fruit in the main hall before this club starts, and they are taken to the club by a member of LingoClub staff. 

Extra Session 2 runs from 5.00-6.00pm. Children joining extra session 2 are given time to eat their packed dinner before their club starts.

How to Book:

Please click here to complete our booking form. We will ask you for your club preferences and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. 

When we have processed your form we'll email you to ask you to register your child for LingoClub. This will incur a £20 one-off registration cost (please note you will only ever have to pay this fee once, not every time you re-book). You will then have a profile on our system so you can book regular and ad-hoc sessions. On receipt of your registration, we will invoice you for half a term of sessions. Once your invoice has been sent, your place is guaranteed on the condition that it is paid by the deadline stated.

Extra Clubs Information:

Spanish Choir - learn to sing Spanish songs as part of a group!

Creative Club - explore a whole world of creativity, with a new focus each half term! This half term will be making your very own tote bag, learning different creative methods and adding to your bag each week.

Ball Skills - experiment with different ball sports, learning new skills, working as a team and improving your dexterity and fitness!

Handball - learn the rules to Handball, practise new skill each week and have a game of Handball!

Spanish Creative Dance - learn new, contemporary routines and have fun expressing yourself to music - all abilities welcome!

Spanish Drama - work towards a new performance each half term!

Spanish Street Dance - learn new routines and have fun dancing to music - all abilities welcome!

 

 

Policies and procedures:

At LingoClub, we are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure they stand up to the highest standards of childcare. Every club and activity is thoroughly risk assessed and we ask parents and carers to complete risk assessments for their children with SEND or allergies so that we can fully support everyone at LingClub.
