Inside Lingotot Conference 2026

On Saturday 7th March, Lingotot brought its national network together for the 2026 annual conference, centred around the theme of growth and change.

The day welcomed franchisees at every stage of their journey, from those newly launched through to those who have been developing their businesses over several years. Bringing the network together in one space gave a clear sense of how Lingotot continues to grow across schools, nurseries and local communities.

After a year apart, the atmosphere quickly settled into open and easy conversation. Franchisees shared experiences from their own settings, speaking honestly about what is working well, where they have faced challenges and the small adjustments that are helping to move their businesses forward.

Time was also taken to reflect on the impact of that work, particularly the progress seen in children attending Lingotot classes each week. From early language development in younger children through to growing confidence and communication skills in primary-aged pupils, these outcomes remain central to everything the network delivers.

Feedback from the day reflected both the practical value of the sessions and the personal impact of being part of the wider network. One franchisee shared that the advice gained from others will directly support the next stage of her business growth. Another described feeling more confident in herself and clearer on the steps she can now take. A further reflection highlighted the importance of recognising progress and taking time to acknowledge small but consistent achievements.

Angela Sterling, Founder of Lingotot, said, “When I started Lingotot I hoped it would grow into something that made a difference to children. What I didn’t expect was the strength of the community that would grow alongside it. I’m so very proud of our Lingotot Family.”

For parents and schools, the conference reflects the strength behind the delivery of each Lingotot class. Teachers are supported through shared knowledge, ongoing development and a network that encourages continuous improvement. This is reflected in the quality and consistency experienced by children each week, whether in nurseries, primary schools or community classes.

The conference closed with a shared understanding of the next phase of development for the network and a strong sense of confidence in the direction ahead.
