Lingotot Ranked in UK’s Top 100 Franchises

Following a year of substantial growth, Lingotot is delighted to have been ranked as one of the UK’s top 100 franchises by Elite Franchise.

Their annual list of the top 100 British franchisors operating in the UK gives them the recognition they deserve. The 2020 list features some familiar faces that have been franchising for years, showcasing the longevity the industry offers. Lingotot enters as a newcomer after entering for the very first time. 

During the judging process, all aspects of franchising considered. Franchisors are ranked on their growth, franchisee support and financial performance, with a strong consideration also given to their industry heritage and contribution to the community.

Providing children’s education services to families, nurseries and schools in their local community, Lingotot franchisees own and operate businesses in the increasingly in-demand children’s activity market. With franchising becoming an increasingly popular business opportunity for hundreds of entrepreneurs across the UK each year, the Top 100 ranking supports Lingotot’s mission to provide flexible and professional business opportunities across the UK.

Lingotot was established in 2010 by Angela Sterling, fully qualified teacher whose GCSE students ranked in the top 10 in the world. Since the BBC attended Lingotot’s first ever class, the business has seen rapid growth and now teaches around 20,000 children per week via a network of over 50 franchisees who are achieving the level of flexibility and success that they want.
